I've saved over $44 so far this month using coupons...and this does not include CVS's ECBs. I need to add that up also, but since all I do with them is roll them into other things, it doesn't really make since to add them up. As I'm learning though, I realize the mistakes I'm making. I need to make my transactions smaller. Even the cashiers at CVS are teaching me how to use separate transactions. They know good customer service! Hopefully these cashiers will stay at CVS and they won't be replaced with some from the Northside Walmart...I would not be happy. Anyway, on to my purchases. (I must note that, had I used seperate transactions, I would have come out with fewer ECBs in the end, but also spent less...I'm learning!)

What did I get?
2 Olay foaming face cleaners
2 packs of Olay cloth cleaners
2 Oral B power toothbrushes (these ended up being freee)
1 johnsons bath soap (this was freeee, again)
1 almay mascara
1 ban deodorant
1 - 8 pack Scott paper towels
(yes, CVS is overpriced if you don't use coupons and ECBs)
Total before coupons and ECBs = 50.34
Coupons used = (9.73)
ECBs used = (12.00)
Total OOP = 28.61
ECBs earned = 21.00!!
I also got a few random coupons that printed at the bottom of my receipt for $2 off toothpaste and $1 off any lotion. I'll be using those eventually. Too bad I couldn't get the one my mom got, $25 for a transferred or new prescription. I've been waiting for one like this since I started shopping at CVS. Hopefully I'll get it sooon.
I needed a good deal on face cleaners so that I could stock up. I already had 7 toothbrushes, but free = Laci will buy. And these are good toothbrushes! I plan on going back this week and using some of my ECBs to do another deal on those toothbrushes. If they're out of stock, I'll just wait till next week. If I give you toiletries for Christmas, do not be mad at me (Jenee!)..LOL.
